Waffle Carnival in Calgary: A Sweet New Spot with Late-Night Treats and Carnival Vibes

We just stopped by the newly opened Waffle Carnival in NE Calgary, and let’s just say, this one’s for the sweet tooths and dessert dreamers out there. From cozy café vibes to carnival-inspired stick waffles, this spot is serving up joy with every bite (and they’re open late!).

We tried a ton of goodies, but the Green Emirates waffle stole the show, pistachio spread, chocolate drizzle, white chocolate chips, crunchy pistachio chunks and pistachio ice cream. It was indulgent, fun, and absolutely worth every bite.

Their waffle cuties are perfect grab-and-go snacks (and ridiculously cute!), while the stick waffles brought full carnival nostalgia. They’ve got something for every flavour lover, whether you're into fruity, chocolatey, or nutty creations.
