A fresh twist on a classic, this dish was surprisingly light but full of vibrant flavour. Grilled halloumi, juicy grape tomatoes, crisp cucumber, and pickled red onion came together like summer on a plate. It’s refreshing, savoury, and perfect for those sunny morning patio vibes.

🌮 Brisket Breakfast Taco

Monki's take on the breakfast taco is next-level. Picture slow-cooked birria beef brisket wrapped in three dipped corn tortillas, loaded with shredded cabbage, veggies, signature cheeses, salsa, and served with a mouthwatering birria dip. It’s bold, satisfying, and impossible not to crave again.
