About the event
Recognizing National Conflict Resolution Day through a skill-building learning experience. To foster an environment of EDIB, we need to listen to understand each other's perspectives; this course will enable its participants to unlock and strengthen their competency on deep listening.
Our Learning Objectives for this program will be:
To experience being heard, deeply.
To listen deeply without solving, advising, or judging.
To strengthen listening skills in a safe environment.
